Cancellation Policy

By booking, registering, purchasing, or participating in a Doodle Buddies class, lesson, workshop, or event, participants or the parent/guardian of a minor agree to the following: Payment & Registration Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. Registration is not guaranteed until required payment is received. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time or no-shows may be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee. Prepaid sessions may be forfeited instead. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Missed group classes, workshops, Paint Nights, and special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed. Late Arrivals Late participants may join the remaining session, but the scheduled end time will not be extended. Doodle Buddies Cancellations If Doodle Buddies cancels an offering, affected participants will receive a rescheduling, credit, or refund option. Studio Conduct & Safety Participants are expected to treat others, artwork, supplies, and the studio respectfully and follow instructor safety directions. Unsafe, destructive, threatening, inappropriate, or repeatedly disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup of minors and for providing any information reasonably necessary for safe participation. Photos & Video Photos or videos may be taken during Doodle Buddies activities for social media, website, advertising, and promotional use. By participating, adult participants or the parent/guardian of a minor consent to this use without compensation. Please notify Doodle Buddies before participation if you or your child should not appear in identifiable photos or videos. Personal Belongings Doodle Buddies is not responsible for lost, damaged, forgotten, or abandoned personal belongings or artwork. Participation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies. Doodle Buddies reserves the right to reasonably update its policies as programs and services evolve.
